Free worldwide shipping on orders over CHF 150. Orders under that ship for a flat rate calculated at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days; delivery time estimates don't include weekends or public holidays.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order anytime from our Track Your Order page.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Email info@baettage.com to start a return.
