Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse and typically arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays and can vary slightly by destination.

Baettage reserves the right to restrict delivery to certain areas during specific times of year, for example due to adverse weather conditions that could hinder delivery.

Baettage exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavor to deliver your order within the timeframe above. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.

You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.

Baettage is unable to cancel any order once placed, due to fast-dispatch times from our warehouse. If you place an order in error, or change your mind once it has been placed, it is your responsibility to return the item to us for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Prices and delivery charges

Prices displayed at baettage.com include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge, unless stated otherwise.

Orders over CHF 150 qualify for free worldwide shipping. For orders under CHF 150, the delivery charge is the same regardless of the size or weight of your order, and the cost is clearly indicated at checkout.
